Slioch

Climbing Slioch

Slioch (Spear) dominates the view when travelling along the road by Loch Maree.
It looks a tough challenge but is in fact relatively easy by the normal route from Incheril. Its a long hard days walking but well worth the effort!

Burn on the approach to Slioch.
This delightful burn which has carved a deep gorge on its descent from Lochan Fada, is crossed by a rather airy bridge, just before you start the real work of the day.
